• We will provide you with contract review, that is reviewing possible purchase property contract and see what is embedded in the contract of the property you are about to buy.
• We can review as many as 10 most likely property within your budget that you are in talk with your seller free of charge.
• We will be with you on signing of contract to make sure things are done right from the start.
• Our professional fee is $880 and if you have a referral then you get a further discount of $100 and your referral get a referral bonus of $200.
• If you already sign the contract without our contract review of attending contract signing, then unfortunately our service fee will be $1100 as we do not know what you have signed yourself into.
• Our standard fees are for purchase up to $1 million, higher than $1 million purchase will attract higher professional fee due to our insurance cover.
