- Please sign up and log onto our website
- Attached the following:
- Copy of driver license (back and front)
- Copy of passport or citizenship
- Copy of medicare
- Copy of council rate
- Copy of water rate
- Provide us:
- The name and contact of your selling real estate agent if you have one, if we refer you one then our services may be discounted up to 5o% depending on the agent we refer to.
- Complete our authority form and pay initial $150 file start up of which will be deducted against your total professional fee.
- Tell us about the property you are selling:
- How much do you want to sell it for?
- Is this the house you are living in?
- Is this the house you are renting out?
- Have you done any improvement to the property, if so please provide any permit or documents
- Do you have any insurance on the house, if so please provide it
- Has there been any death on the property, if so please advise
- Are you taking anything from the property that will not be included in the sale of the property. Anything not included will be part of the sale and/or consider give away or throw away.
- As we are not he sale agent, Please advise your selling agent of what is included as part of the sale (these are items not consider as fitting and fixture to the property, like a/c, tv, fridge, car).
