Property Appraisal

• We will provide you with the most up to date market appraisal base on the current true market, as part of our appraisal we need to physically see the property being appraise and we need proof that the property is own by you.
• For the purpose of authenticity and professional conduct, our fee for appraisal is $150.
• We will do the same for rental appraisal.
